Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
Forrest & Bob's products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry. They are under warranty against manufacturing defects. Any unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 365 days after the date of receipt provided that the customer submit a Return Authorization number (see below). However, return-shipping charges will only be refunded if the returned merchandise is defective or in case the merchandise delivered does not comply with the order.
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the forrestandbob.com network, for a full refund unless the order has shipped from our warehouse.
Part of my item has broken. Can you send me a replacement?
Unfortunately, we can only sell complete items and not parts of them. If the customer desires to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and a new order must be placed at http://www.forrestandbob.com.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Use the following link and type in the Track & Trace number provided to you in the email order confirmation we sent you shortly after you placed your order and you can see the status of your shipment immediately.Track your order here
Are you going to have this style again?
If we are expecting to receive new stock, there will be an option to ‘Notify me when this item is back in stock’ next to the item. If this doesn’t show next to your desired style it won’t be available again for at least three months.
My order is incomplete, when will my remaining items be delivered?

How do I make a purchase on the website?
Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Privacy Policy & T&Cs. Once you are online on our online store select the item you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping bag and click "buy". You can then choose the type of payment you wish to use and, once your transaction has taken place, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the status of your payment and order.
How do I know which items are in stock?
All items shown on the website are in stock unless the words "Sold Out" are listed next to the product. Please note that putting an item in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.
What payment methods does the website accept?
forrestandbob.com accepts: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay using "PayPal" and "Google Check-out".
Is it safe to use my credit card online at forrestandbob.com?

How will I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted by us. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.
Can forrestandbob.com ship to more than one address in a single order?
We only ship one order to one single address. During the shopping process you will be asked to choose one shipping address for your delivery. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us using the Live Chat Support, call +1 (310) 405-3485 or email customerservice@forrestandbob.com.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Forrest & Bob offers free worldwide delivery. All shipments are processed by GLS, forrestandbob.com's partner carrier.

How can I expect to receive the goods?
All orders will be delivered in forrestandbob.com packages, which will aim to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
Can I make a special request on my order, for example to have an item altered to fit me?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept special requests on orders at this time.
