SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items in stock will ship in 24 hours. Your package will be delivered to addresses in Denmark within 2 business days. Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouses located in Denmark. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we’ll notify you by e-mail. Most back-orders ship within 2 weeks.

Forrest & Bob's products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry. They are under warranty against manufacturing defects. Any unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 365 days after the date of receipt provided that the customer submit a Return Authorization number (see below). However, return-shipping charges will only be refunded if the returned merchandise is defective or in case the merchandise delivered does not comply with the order.

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* forrestandbob.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
* Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, the customer should notify us by contacting our customer service on the same day if they wish to make a return.
* For lingerie and hosiery returns — for hygiene reasons please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie — we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. We cannot accept returns on hosiery once packs have been opened.
* We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
* Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging and shoes must be returned with the original shoe boxes. 
* In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
* Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for any shipment.
* If the customer desires to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and the exchange has to be approved by a customer service representative. The customer service representative will guide you through the exchange procedure and ensure successful expedition.
* Gift cards and discount codes are good only for one purchase. Additionally, the customer can not exchange any of the items purchased with the gift card or discount code. Any new orders to replace returned items will not be eligible for a discount.
* The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Forrest & Bob, it may take up to 7 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. Order Number
Date that the customer received the order.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition (unless a defective claim is being made).
Model Name and Style Number of the item(s).
Color and Size of the item(s).


The customer will then receive a Return Authorization number. Please use the return-shipping instructions that was included with the package to return the package to Forrest & Bob and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box near the shipping label. Any package received by Forrest & Bob without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender.
