Purchase:

Our webshop you find, is hopefully very easy-to-use with intuitive checkout and most important of all, you will have a great online shopping experience while purchasing new luxury items for your wardrope. You just go to the product-page and select the styles you want to purchase and then place them in your shopping bag. When you are done shopping, you are now ready to proceed to checkout where you need to fill out your personal informations, such as name, address and payment informations. Its really easy. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which you can use to follow your package when it leaves our warehouse.

Payment method:

Forrest & Bob accepts the following credit/debit cards:
Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, V Pay, China UnionPay.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery:

Your package will arrive in Denmark within 2 business days. For European countries within 4 business days. Other countries within 6 business days. Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Copenhagen. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we’ll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

Shipping:

All packages are sent via Post Danmark. We can not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Shipping costs 59 DKK. We offer free shipping on orders above 700 DKK.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Forrest & Bob unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:

* Item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
* Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or simply just changed your mind (you decided you don’t like the style, fit, or color or just don’t want the item for whatever reason), you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping fees and taxes. In the case you want to return an item you are responsible for return shipping charges and we will ship you a replacement item with an additional shipping charge. We need invoice no. and billing name when receiving your return. Customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only. You may return the items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days for a refund. Forrest & Bob is not responsible for lost return shipments carried out by the customer.

If we make a mistake with your order (item shipped does not match the style, size, or color you ordered or in the case where an item shipped is defective in workmanship), we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping. Please call our Customer Service +45 2226 0314, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and a Customer Service Agent will process your request and assist you with return shipping.

Guarantee:

Forrest & Bob differs between production errors, breaches and wear and tear.

Forrest & Bob guarantee will cover production errors.

Breaches can be: A necklace breaks or a closure breaks. If Breaches are due to maltreatment of the goods, our warranty does not cover. Wear and Tear means that the product has been used over a long period of time and is therefore not covered by Forrest & Bob Guarantee. Examples include but are not limited to: surface scratches, changes in character of plating and surface wear. Improper repair of Forrest & Bob products performed by someone else than Forrest & Bob ApS will void any guarantee.

Forrest & Bob reserves the right to change or amend specifications and options at any time.
Reservations for typographical errors in price or sold out products, etc.
